Returns and refunds

Our garments are custom-made and/or personalized based on customer specifications. For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for changes of mind, rethink, or errors in measurements or specifications provided during the order process. Customer rights remain valid in case of a defective, damaged, or non-compliant item.

What are the delivery times?

Each garment is custom-made. Processing and shipping times may therefore vary based on the completeness of the information provided, material availability, and technical manufacturing times. Processing begins after payment and receipt of all necessary data.

What size options do you offer?

Our products do not follow a standard ready-to-ship logic, but are made based on the measurements, sizes, and specifications provided by the customer. We therefore invite you to carefully check all data before confirming your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, it is possible to ship outside of Italy. Delivery times, costs, and methods may vary based on the destination country and any customs procedures or local charges.

Shipping Information

The indicated shipping times are estimates and start from the moment the order is complete, payment has been received, and all necessary specifications for making the garment have been correctly provided. Any delays due to couriers, customs, or external causes are beyond our control.
